By checking this box, I am electronically signing that I understand and agree to the following information: ATTIRE: All ballet dancers should come wearing their pink ballet tights and a camisole leotard (no skirts or sleeves). Dancers will wear their costumes over their leotards. Those enrolled in Dance Enrichment will receive instruction from their teacher regarding attire. MAKEUP: Makeup is optional for all dancers. For those who choose to have their dancer wear makeup, please use a neutral color palette.

Before/After the Show *

By checking this box, I am electronically signing that I understand and agree to the following information: SIGN IN AND SIGN OUT: Sign in/Sign out is to be done at the Check In Table at the door. BEFORE THE SHOW: Doors open at 3:30pm. Please pick up your wristbands and sign your dancer in at the sign-in table. Once inside, please find your dancer's Class Station where the TAs will help change them into costume. AFTER THE SHOW: All dancers must be signed out prior to leaving.
