KDA has been invited back by the Laulima Giving Program to perform at their Laulima Day on Saturday, December 7. The Laulima Giving Program is a partnership between Keiki O Ka 'Aina and KHON2, providing support and assistance for local families, the elderly, and struggling individuals. KDA was chosen to perform at the event due to our reputation for quality and professionalism, as well as our commitment to serving our local community. It is an honor to be selected and I am looking forward to sharing our love of dance while helping those in need. If you are an Honor Society Student: This counts as a performance credit, and participation is mandatory!

MANDATORY REHEARSAL: All performers are to attend a mandatory rehearsal on Friday, December 6 from 5:00-7:00pm.
ATTIRE, HAIR, AND MAKEUP: Each class level will be assigned a different color leotard to wear for the event; leotards and skirts will be distributed in class the week before the show. Dancers should arrive at the mall dressed in their pink tights and assigned leotard with their hair secured back in a performance ballet bun. Dancers should wear light stage makeup in natural colors (no false eyelashes, no glitter/sparkles). Also, dancers should wear something to change in/our of over their dance clothes! All dancers must bring their pink ballet shoes, labeled with their name.
